Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learningProvide strategic direction and oversight to ensure the successful execution of programs, resource management, and day-to-day operationsEngage, collaborate, and partner with technical and business stakeholders to understand business requirements and user expectations and lead the development of solutions that meet functional and technical requirementsDevelop and manage the program budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation to support strategic initiatives and operational needsTrack and report on key performance metrics, making data-driving decisions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the teamEvaluate, implement, and manage SaaS-based solutions and develop in-house cloud-based solutions
