**Overview**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Performance Manager - Planning & Activations to join our team and lead performance strategy and implementation planning for a marquee account. This is a critical role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, and brings strong expertise across Search, Social, Programmatic, and App ecosystems.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-channel performance campaigns, a strategic mindset grounded in executional excellence, and a passion for data-driven media planning.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead performance marketing planning and execution across Search, Social, and Programmatic platforms for a high-profile client.
+ Own end-to-end implementation planning, including platform setups, budget allocation, test-and-learn frameworks, and media optimization strategies.
+ Develop full-funnel strategies aligned to client KPIs and business objectives, spanning web and app environments.
+ Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (analytics, tech, creative) and external partners (platform reps, MMPs) to deliver seamless activation and reporting.
+ Provide thought leadership on campaign performance, proactively identifying areas of opportunity and optimization.
+ Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring quality control and knowledge transfer.
+ Regularly liaise with client stakeholders, presenting insights, strategic recommendations, and performance updates.
**Qualifications**
+ 6–8 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a senior or strategic role on large accounts.
+ Hands-on experience with key platforms:
+ Search: Adobe Media Optimizer, SA360
+ Social: Meta, Snapchat, TikTok
+ Programmatic: DV360
+ Strong understanding of implementation planning frameworks and platform-specific nuances
+ Exposure to India market media planning and buying is a strong plus
+ Knowledge of the App marketing ecosystem and experience in implementing and scaling App campaigns is highly desirable
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
+ Clear, confident communicator with experience managing client relationships and leading cross-functional teams.
