About the role
Deeply understand experience of employees of the Cluster, its drivers based on data, translate it to actions to improve engagement and advocacy for PMI. Effectively communicate to the organization addressing both employee and business needs.
Your day to day
EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE ACTION PLANNING
Run local employee listening activities, in cooperation with P&C Managers and business leaders, for topics relevant to the whole cluster.
Enable leaders to drive culture of employee listening and upskill them in working with engagement data and action planning.
Work with available employee data across the whole employee journey, both quantitative and qualitative and from various sources, to translate it to validated insights.
Trigger and facilitate end to end action planning cycle, ensuring that top pain points are being addressed and progress is being measured.
Lead projects with engagement/communication focus, to address local pain points and employee needs.
INTERNAL COMMUNICATION PLAN
Define and direct internal communications for the Markets, including setting annual objectives and priorities; developing an annual strategic internal communications plan; developing and implementing communications programs and initiatives; producing ad hoc organizational updates and announcements, presentations, newsletters, and related publications; managing leadership communications; and tracking and reporting results, among other tasks.
Partner with Global Internal Communications to ensure the alignment of organizational-level communication messaging with global messaging priorities and themes.
Adapt global initiatives for local programming to foster greater direct dialogue between employees and the market’s leadership team.
Create and maintain an annual communication and content calendar.
Onboard and coach communicators and other key stakeholders to deliver and execute the communications strategy, plan, and initiatives.
Brief and oversee content creation across platforms ensuring consistency with PMI’s brand, visual identity, and inclusive communication guidelines, using globally provided templates, toolkits, playbooks, and best practices.
Survey, track and analyze metrics regarding your organization’s communications using data to optimize delivery methods, tactics, and increase reach and engagement, and improve the effectiveness of internal communications.
CHANGE MANAGEMENT
Lead change management, by leveraging the global toolkit, for changes impacting more than one function.
Advise business partners and line managers on change management tools and approaches.
INCLUSION & DIVERSITY
Plan and coordinate the local I&D strategy to drive the global I&D agenda and deploy/coordinate initiatives to increate an inclusive, safe and empowering culture.
Lead full audit cycles of I&D certifications (e.g. Equal salary certification).
Who we are looking for
University degree, preferably in Communications related subjects.
Spanish native, full fluency in English. Portuguese is a plus.
Proven work experience in Internal Comms area, HR background is a plus.
Solid record in projects focus on employee’s engagement, managing relations with senior stakeholders.
Understanding of I&D strategy/measures.
Business expertise is a plus.
