**How will you make an impact in this role?**
+ Lead the design, development, and delivery of reporting and analytics solutions covering testing and monitoring activities across operational risk management.
+ Oversee a team or workstream responsible for producing high-quality reports, dashboards, and insights for senior management, risk committees, and regulators.
+ Drive automation and innovation in reporting and analytics processes, introducing data visualization and analytical tools to reduce manual effort and improve insights.
+ Drive initiatives to improve the data quality, integrity, and consistency of testing and monitoring data, including implementing data controls, strengthening validation processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve data quality issues.
+ Establish governance and controls to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of reported figures against data sources.
+ Partner with stakeholders across operational risk types and business units to understand evolving reporting requirements and ensure outputs are fit-for-purpose
+ Provide senior-level insights and challenge, highlighting key trends, emerging risks, and thematic issues from testing and monitoring results.
+ Maintain and enhance centralized repositories of testing and monitoring activities to promote transparency and facilitate regulatory readiness.
+ Represent the team in discussions with internal audit and senior stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of methodologies, results, and data integrity.
+ Coach and mentor team members to strengthen reporting, analytics, and risk management capabilities.
+ Continuously evaluate reporting practices and implement enhancements that align with organizational priorities, regulatory expectations, and industry best practices.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Risk Management, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certifications a plus).
+ 8 years of relevant experience in risk management, testing/monitoring, reporting, or data analytics, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
+ Advanced proficiency in data analytics, visualization, and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for senior audiences.
+ Strong understanding of risk frameworks, testing and monitoring processes, and regulatory expectations.
+ Proven track record in producing and overseeing high-quality reporting and dashboards for senior management.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive process improvements, and implement automation solutions.
