YOUR IMPACT 

OpenText is seeking an experienced leader to manage and develop a team of consultants focused on OpenText Content Management (OTCM) solutions, particularly around migration and modernization projects. This person will also play a strategic role in presales, delivery quality, and continuous improvement across international teams. 

 

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS 

Leading and coaching a team of experienced consultants 

Ensuring high-quality delivery of technical architecture and migration projects 

Collaborating with Client Managers to position complex cloud migration solutions as part of Presales support 

Work with teams in EMEA and North America to drive service improvements 

Focus on enhancing delivery processes and customer satisfaction, especially for the Move & Modernize for OTCM FasTrak offering 

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED 

University degree in an IT-field 

Proven track record as a Technical Lead or Team Lead in large-scale projects 

Deep knowledge of the OpenText Content Management suite (formerly xECM) 

Experience with data/system migration is a strong advantage 

Ability to support sales teams in crafting and positioning solutions. 

Strong interpersonal abilities, especially with senior stakeholders (including C-level) 

Fluency in both German and English
