We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Site Support Services to join our leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee our Project Management Organization, Procurement, Testing, Work Planning, and Cost Estimating functions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including Project Directors and Vice Presidents, to deliver high-quality non-engineering services that support our commercial nuclear operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee procurement activities, ensuring alignment with project and Client needs and budget constraintsDevelop and implement robust testing, commissioning, and quality assurance strategies to support successful turnover of engineering package to OperationsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to establish work planning procedures that enhance operational efficiencyProvide accurate cost estimating and budgeting for new nuclear and nuclear retrofit projects, ensuring transparency and accountabilityFoster strong relationships with internal teams, ensuring that all service delivery meets the highest standardsTravel regularly to S&L offices and client sites to support projects and maintain client relationships Qualifications

Essential skills and experience:

Minimum of 10 years of experience managing site support services within the nuclear or energy sectorProven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teamsEstablished Relationship with Nuclear Utility ManagementStrong understanding of project management methodologies and toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of an organizationAbility to travel as required (25%-35%) Award-Winning Benefits
