**The Job:**
As a **Senior Manager of Product Design** , you’ll be part of our Corporate Information Technology team working as a remote employee. We are seeking a visionary yet hands-on Senior Manager of Product Design to lead the exploration, design, and validation of innovative digital experiences. This strategic role sits at the intersection of design, technology, and business, ensuring that our products are not only user-centered and visually engaging but also aligned with measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate combines a designer’s craft with a product thinker’s mindset—driving the creative process from customer insight to digital impact. This leader will champion design-led discovery, foster AI-enabled experimentation, and cultivate a culture of continuous innovation to deliver high-performing digital solutions that drive growth and differentiation. **Team Development & Mentorship**
+ Inspire, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary product design team.
+ Set clear expectations, foster ownership, and build an inclusive team culture.
+ Facilitate professional development and creative growth.
**Data-Informed Product Thinking**
+ Use research insights, usability data, and analytics to drive design decisions.
+ Lead A/B testing and AI-driven prototyping to validate ideas at speed.
+ Align design initiatives with KPIs such as conversion, engagement, retention, and velocity.
**The Person:**
You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You’re not intimidated by innovation. Wouldn’t it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good? In fact, you embrace it. You also have:
+ Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
+ 8+ years of digital product design experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
+ Proven track record of turning complex problems into intuitive and elegant digital solutions.
+ Expertise in UX/UI principles, responsive design, and product development lifecycles.
+ Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and execution
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Proficiency with tools such as Figma, InVision, and emerging AI-enabled design platforms.
+ Experience building and scaling design systems within fast-paced product environments.
+ Strong storytelling and communication skills to influence stakeholders and advocate for design.
+ Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in cross-functional product teams.
+ Passion for innovation, experimentation, and staying ahead of industry trends.

The base pay range for this position in Maryland is 108,000 – 194,400 USD Annual per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
