Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Senior Manager of Operations for the Grants Division. The Senior Manager of Operations is responsible for the strategic leadership, implementation, monitoring, and continuous quality improvement of grant programs from post-award through close-out. This position bridges grant acquisition and operational execution by building systems for performance tracking, funder compliance, and interdepartmental coordination. The role supports the Director in advancing the funding capacity, aligning grant implementation to regulatory requirements, and structuring outcome-based reporting mechanisms. The role also contributes to organizational success by developing and executing business strategies in partnership with the Director, ensuring alignment of departmental operations with goals. The position leads the implementation and monitoring of a department-wide quality improvement plan and enforces strategic operational improvements that support grant compliance and efficiency. Skills and Requirements  BS/BA in Public Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field is required  Minimum of five (3-5) years of progressive experience in grants management, fund development, or public sector administration (3) years in a leadership or supervisory capacity  Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-departmental grant programs and developing strategic operational plans  Experience with federal and state regulations governing grants, including 2 CFR Part 200  Proven ability to lead teams, develop performance metrics, and implement process improvements  Advanced proficiency with grant management systems, data analysis tools, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
