Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis
Responsibilities:
Lead our organization’s financial planning and analysis function across an existing 20-site dental practice, ensuring accurate forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning. Oversee financial modeling and analysis to measure and forecast the impact of various business decisions, economic scenarios or capital investments. Conduct deep-dive analyses into revenue streams, patient volumes, provider productivity, and cost trends to uncover opportunities for growth and efficiency. Collaborate with senior leadership on expansion strategy, including financial modeling and due diligence for de novo and acquisition office opportunities. Enhance and develop key dashboards, KPIs, and financial models to monitor and analyze business performance across practices. Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders. Manage, mentor, and develop a small FP&A team, developing a culture of analytical strength and business partnership. Own ad hoc, financial projects and initiatives as they arise, such as scenario modeling, provider compensation analysis, and marketing ROIQualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or other related field Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar FP&A position, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role. Strong background in multi-site healthcare (dental preferred) Experience with de novo growth modeling, location-level P&L analysis, and capital investment evaluation Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis Advanced computer skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, financial systems (NetSuite, Adaptive, Power BI) Excellent written and verbal communications skills for conveying insights to diverse stakeholders Self-starter with a hands-on approach while also able manage and develop a team, prioritize competing tasks
