Expert at high voltage safety and shock hazards in manufacturing plant
5+ years experience in high-volume electronics manufacturing.
Bachelor's in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
2+ years as a people manager.
2+ developing software in LabVIEW, Python or equivalent.
Able to read and understand schematics.
Expert at PCBA builds and processes.
Hands on and mechanically inclined.
Familiar with IATF 16949 and equivalent manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of best practice security (seed / key) processes.
Experience defining and implementing manufacturing test requirements for electronics devices.
Experience with problem resolution methods such as 5D/8D, RCCA, 5-Why.

What you'll do...
Responsible for delivering lowest cost, high-volume hardware components at highest quality.
Manage and recruit an astute and experienced team of EE, ME and Software Engineers.
Develop test plans and test specifications for Ford’s EOL Test Stations.
Perform big data analytics of manufacturing test data to improve yield and decrease test time.
Manage ME and technicians of the EOL test rack build.
Responsible for delivering and maintaining test station software.
Travel as needed to global manufacturing plants.
Leverage global resources, included in India.
