REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager of Customer Activation in Dallas TX

Your key responsibilities will include:

Understand the consumer, the category, and the brands’ high-level strategies, goals, and unique differentiatorsSupport the Trade vision and strategy on how to stand-up, support and integrate new to the organization alternative channels (i.e specialty channel, owned branded pop-up stores, hotel distribution)Support role in identifying new areas to sample and educate consumers within Dallas, Houston, Austin and San Antonio.  Support and co-develop the vision, strategy and marketing plans to support specific channels activations. Help support and manage collegiate based programs.Responsible for sourcing third-party partners and agencies that can support activation strategies and expansion.Responsible for identifying performance metrics and how to measure effectiveness of new activities have on trade deployment.Develop and search out new partnership opportunities across Texas with a focus on Dallas, Houston, Austin and San Antonio to help support marketing initiatives in market.

What are we looking for?

3-5 years working in a related field, preferably event/experience marketingDemonstrated experience in concepting and developing experiential brand programming is a strong plusDemonstrated experience integrating physical and digital / interactive experiences is a strong plusDemonstrated knowledge of digital marketing tactics including social media, interactive, personalization, mobile / digital, and / or AR and VR marketingPlans, executes, and reports out on programs / initiatives, tracking, and deliverables thru a commercial and experiential (brand building) lensProactively addresses opportunities to work with colleagues, across departments, and with agency representatives  Bachelor’s Degree required - marketing specialization is a plusGraduate Degree (MBA) and / or prior brand marketing experience in CPG category
