Senior Manager Marketing Campaigns (12 Month FTC)

Carnival UK is in search of a Senior Marketing Campaigns Manager, who is crucial in supporting our Cunard brand direction and nurturing a high-performing team. 

Role Overview

Key accountabilities include:

Leading the planning, delivery, and optimisation of Cunard’s UK media budget, collaborating globally to ensure alignment and performance  Managing the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across ATL and BTL channels, including TV, press, radio, digital, and social  Overseeing promotional planning, product launch marketing, and content strategy in line with brand and commercial goals  Acting as the primary contact for media and creative agencies, ensuring value generation and campaign effectiveness 

Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK06, offered as a full-time position, on a fixed term (12 months) basis, we offer hybrid work including up to two days from home. Please note that this role is due to start in November.

Requirements: Your Expertise and Leadership

To thrive as a Senior Marketing Campaigns Manager within the Cunard marketing team, we're looking for:

Proven experience in media planning and buying across offline and digital channels  Strong track record of managing large marketing budgets and external media agencies  Expertise in content production, including commercial photo shoots and campaign delivery  Ability to interpret analytics and drive brand and commercial outcomes through strategic media use
