The Opportunity:

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced leader to join our Major Service Provider Team as a Senior Manager - Land Systems Division.

A key part of our leadership team in Australia, you will be responsible for a portfolio of projects, including driving the strategy, business development and project delivery within your remit.

An experienced Defence leader, you will be able to work constructively and productively with CASG to support successful project delivery, that supports KBR’s ZeroHarm ethos.

This position is a permanent full-time opportunity, based in Melbourne. Candidates based in other locations are welcome to apply however relocation to Melbourne will be required.

Responsibilities:

Lead the strategy and business development process including early capture management.Responsible and accountable for Account growth (new work and scope expansion) to meet the Account Plan.Accountable for achieving and managing execution of sales and target Revenue/Job Income.Oversee, monitor and improve the performance of projects within the Account.Manage all aspects of Account Execution including program/project performance, quality, budgets, scheduleHold accountability for program financials and budgetsUndertake relationship management across the Account; including development of trusted relationships with key/major clients and stakeholdersManage Account risks and issues and provide a problem solving approach to issue resolutionEnsure managers within the Account fulfil their responsibilities and accountabilities in accordance with the company’s management system.

As the ideal candidate you will bring:

Tertiary qualification in project management, engineering, business management/administration or equivalentCompetent in business development and project management within the Defence market sectorComprehensive understanding of CASGDemonstrated leadership and communication skillsHave a current NV1 (or above) and the ability to maintain a NV1 (or above) Security Clearance
