Senior Manager - IT Vendor Management
As the Senior Manager - IT Vendor Management, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing relationships with key IT vendors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and solutions that align with business objectives. You will advise on vendor selection, contract negotiation and is responsible for performance management, and cost optimization while ensuring compliance with contractual terms and industry standards. **Responsibilities:** Vendor Management & Strategy: + Supports the implementation, monitoring and management of IT vendor management strategies and policies related to IT vendor performance management. + Advises stakeholders on the identification, evaluation, and selection of IT vendors to meet Wesco's technology needs. + Maintains strong relationships with key vendors, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Contract Negotiation & Compliance: + Advises on negotiation of contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing to maximize value for Wesco. + Ensures vendor compliance with contractual terms, including ongoing management of SLAs to improve vendor performance, maintain compliance with SLA required KPI’s and continuously support improvement of SLA’s. + Monitors and manages vendor risks, addressing potential issues proactively. Performance & Financial Management: + Tracks and assesses vendor performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs. + Conducts regular vendor reviews and audits to ensure service excellence. + Works closely with finance team to manage IT vendor budgets and cost-saving initiatives. Cross-functional Collaboration: + Partners with IT, legal, and finance teams to align vendor management with business goals. + Provides guidance on best practices for vendor selection and management. **Qualifications:** + Bachelors Degree - IT, Business Administration, Procurement, or related field + 7+ years of experience in IT vendor management, procurement, or IT sourcing + Strong negotiation, contract management, and relationship-building skills. + Experience managing enterprise IT vendors, including software, hardware, and IT service providers + Knowledge of IT outsourcing models, licensing agreements, and ITIL frameworks + Familiarity with risk management and compliance in IT vendor management + Excellent communication and analytical skills + ITIL, PMP, or vendor management certifications (e.g., CVM, CIPS) preferred + Experience working in a global or multinational company environment preferred + Ability to travel 0% - 25% \#LI-AJ1
