Position Summary
The Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Manager is accountable for developing & building culture, processes and systems that enable the execution of the IBP process for a global franchise or division. This requires acting as an influential change agent between the Selling Division leaders and the Global Operations leaders to advance culturally to proactively manage our global business to the benefit of our customers and financials
What you will do:
Develop relationships with key Managers, Directors and Vice Presidents in both the Selling Divisions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Distribution) and the Global Operations plant network.Understand the global product strategies for the Global Business Unit.Partner with commercial operations, sales, and marketing to support revenue programs, financial gap closure activities, and initiatives.Drive forecast accuracy improvement by providing process enhancement insights, creating RRM decks, and leading monthly Regional Requirement MeetingsChampion to the holistic approach in monthly IBP meetings to utilize data sets and metrics to drive optimal decision making.Lead and drive best practice sharing across different integrated business planning activities cross regions and franchises.Partner with Center of Excellence Teams to implement franchise programs and elevate IBP team capabilities and business results.Leverage financial analysis processes to drive optimal decisions for the designated business unit, influence stakeholders cross functionally, and build necessary tools to power charge IBP effectiveness.Lead and/or aid in scenario evaluation and the associated financial implications to drive optimal business decisions.Collaborate with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Finance, Product Life Cycle Management (PLCM) and other cross-functional groups to prepare data, reports, and charts for IBP Review meetingsAssists Customer Service and regions with meeting customer requests via the expedite and escalation processWhat you need:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related fields8+ years of relevant experienceAPICS certification is preferredExcellent communication, presentation, partnership, and influencing skills and ability to work and communicate with all levels within the organization.Knowledge of end- to- end supply chain, finance, or demand management highly preferredHands on experience in Sales and Operations Planning or Integrated Business Planning highly preferredTravel Percentage: 10%
