Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager - Infrastructure to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee our organization's IT infrastructure operations, driving innovation and ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of our systems.

Develop and implement strategic plans for the organization's IT infrastructure, aligning with business objectives and industry best practicesLead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvementDesign and oversee the implementation of complex infrastructure projects, including cloud migrations, network upgrades, and data center optimizationsManage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and high-quality service deliveryEstablish and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect the organization's digital assets and sensitive informationOptimize infrastructure performance, reliability, and scalability through proactive monitoring and capacity planningDevelop and manage the infrastructure budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost controlCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and drive digital transformation effortsStay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvementEnsure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a leadership roleStrong expertise in infrastructure planning, design, and implementation across various domains (e.g., networks, servers, storage, cloud)Proven experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCPIn-depth knowledge of network architecture, cybersecurity, and data center operationsExcellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex infrastructure initiativesStrong leadership abilities with experience in team management, mentoring, and professional developmentProficiency in budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor managementExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisionsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organizationRelevant certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, or PMP are highly desirableAbility to adapt to a dynamic technology landscape and drive innovation within the organization
