Position Profile: Senior Manager I, Marketing & Campaign Strategy

The Senior Manager I, Marketing & Campaign Strategy will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing go-to-market strategies and integrated campaigns aligned with business objectives. This individual will bring a deep understanding of market dynamics and company culture to develop innovative, best-practice marketing approaches. The role involves leading both digital and non-digital campaigns to drive sales pipeline growth, support retention efforts, and generate revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies and integrated campaign plans. Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns using digital programs, content marketing, SEO, ABM, social media, events, advertising, and direct mail. Ensure consistent, benefit-focused messaging across all marketing deliverables. Utilize marketing automation tools to build and optimize multi-step campaigns; experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce is essential. Collaborate with Demand Generation and cross-functional teams to align programs with strategic objectives. Manage timely campaign execution and delivery. Monitor campaign performance, identify gaps, and implement course corrections. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment. Understand and apply insights from the buyer journey to campaign design.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing and campaign management. B2B experience in Healthcare, Manufacturing, or IT sectors preferred. Proven success in creating and executing demand-driving digital strategies. Experience with integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, search, email, advertising, events, and content.

Skills & Competencies

Exceptional B2B writing and presentation skills. Strong understanding of the marketing funnel, analytics, and performance optimization. Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms. Skilled in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and paid advertising. Creative, innovative, and goal-oriented. Audience-focused with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communicator and collaborator with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of messaging methodologies and current marketing trends. Strong critical thinking, project management, and time management abilities.

Working Conditions

Minimal physical effort; may involve light lifting (under 10 lbs). Primarily office-based with standard lighting, ventilation, and noise levels. Remote work options may be available. Diverse work assignments with frequent deadlines.
