The Job:  

This position is responsible for strategically aligning Human Resources practices with business objectives to drive organizational success. The Human Resources Sr. Manager is responsible for leading the HR strategy, support, and services to the Commercial area. The position provides strategic and operational HR to functional/business leadership, plans and implements human resources initiatives designed to maximize organizational effectiveness through talent management/development processes, succession planning, and job/organization design, talent acquisition, performance/salary management, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and positive employee relations. 
The HR professional partners with business leaders and internal teams to drive alignment of HR strategy, initiatives, policies and practices consistent with strategic business objectives.

MAJOR RESPONSABILITIES

Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with commercial leaders to understand business goals and provide HR solutions that support organizational objectives.Strategy and Planning: Provide strategic and sustainable human capital solutions aligned to corporate strategy, HR work, initiatives, programs, projects to critical business drivers and strategy.  Works cohesively with all functional organizations (at all levels) to deliver expected results consistently.Talent Management Planning and Analysis: Apply an array of strategic talent management solutions to continuously improve talent acquisition, retention, assessment, development, and career/professional growth across the Business unit.  Employee Relations & Coaching: Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment. Support management by providing human resource advice, counsel, and decisions in relation to progressive discipline, investigations, mediation and coaching to improve effectiveness of leaders and teams.Total Rewards: Maximize the organization’s compensation, reward and recognition programs. Provides compensation analysis adjustment in partnership with regional CoE and makes sound recommendations that align with overall total rewards strategy.  Leads merit, compensation planning and communication for channel/function leaders.  Ensures alignment with compensation programs by analyzing market data to provide fair and competitive compensation.Workforce Planning & Management: Support business/channel leaders in achieving balanced staffing levels with the volume of work being produced; collect organizational data and use it to drive results related work volume and projected staffing needs that builds future workforce, and a measurable HR strategy to achieve it.  Work with leaders on budget and cost saving exercises, and general support to avoid risk related to staffing, service level, or other KPIs.Learning & Development Planning and Analysis: Assess training needs and implement training solutions. Partner with leaders to identify and develop high-potential employees for future leadership roles.Organizational Development and Design: Use systems, models, diagnostics, and data to analyze organizational problems and provide solutions.  Identify and evaluate organizational design needs and drive the development and implementation of solutions.Change Management: Act as a change agent to the business and implement processes and approaches which prepare employees for ongoing change and transformation.  Consult on process improvement initiatives.HR Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures while tailoring them to meet the specific needs of the commercial area.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field (master’s degree preferred).10-12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a business partner role.A good understanding of international matrixed companies and staffing, as it pertains to business and the complexities involved is a plus.Ability to organize and prioritize work demands attention to detail, time management skills and disciplined work ethic.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to manage across functions at various levels.Credible HR professional with an ability to build effective business relationships and keep confidence at all levels of the organization.Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated strong facilitation skills.Self-motivated individual with the desire to succeed and motivate others.Strong analytical and decision-making skills to address complex HR challenges.Ability to work at a strategic level and able to execute on day-to-day operational/administrative matters.Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing prioritiesFluency in English, Spanish is a plus
