Senior Manager - HR Partner (Finance)

Leads multiple HR teams responsible for delivering comprehensive HR solutions to specific business units or regions. Partners with senior management to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. Drives implementation of HR programs while managing relationships with specialized HR functions. Ensures effective resource utilization and achievement of business priorities through integrated HR solutions.

Key Accountabilities:

Human Resources Strategy and Governance

· Leads and reviews the implementation and definition of the HR strategy in partnership with the business leadership team, drives and delivers organizational change initiatives based on HR data and a deep understanding of the business.

Business Partnership and Support

Leads the delivery of HR advisory support and provide oversight for complex employee relations cases, while ensuring an inclusive and diverse workplace which reflects the communities in which United operates (values driven thought partnership).Leads team focused on HR services focused on immediate needs for employees and line managers when providing Operational/ Frontline support.

Talent Management

· Manages and maintains the partnership with Talent Acquisition and Talent Management to attract, select and retain the right people from the internal and external market, leverages United’s compelling employer brand, and designs and deploys long-term integrated talent management processes to ensure all talent activities are aligned to business priorities and objectives to drive organizational effectiveness.Outlines decisions for teams to carry out workforce planning decisions for the business

Performance and Employee Relations/Engagement

· Leads a compliant and high-performance culture through aligned performance management, reward and recognition frameworks, leads the delivery of integrated reward/recognition solutions to the business and overseeing the annual reward process.
