Sitting within our Corporate Affairs division, you will work alongside the team to support Macquarie’s engagement with government and diplomatic representatives, and develop and implement the Group’s government relations strategy. You will support government relations at the federal, diplomatic and state levels for Macquarie Group in Australia, and participate in meetings with representatives across various levels of government. You will develop messaging on relevant policy areas and work across the Group, as required, to develop policy positions on areas of priority, including financial services, capital attraction and investment, geopolitics, energy, digital infrastructure. This role will also see you provide government relations support for existing and potential transactions and investments for the Group.
