As a Global Talent Development Senior Manager, you will be responsible for: + Identifying, diagnosing, and analyzing developmental needs and working with stakeholders to design and execute effective solutions + Organizing, monitoring, and evaluating delivery + Hosting and moderating global sessions for internal audiences + Consulting with HR Business Partners and business leaders to ensure delivery of solutions meet stakeholder needs + Collaborating with Global Talent Development colleagues in designing and developing content for learning modules that are engaging, high quality and have measurable impact + Program-managing site-specific and company-wide initiatives (current and new) that align to HR strategic priorities + Benchmarking best practices in line with industry trends resulting in suggestions for continuous improvement **Do what you love** To be successful in this role you will: + Have relevant experience and education in a related field + Able to program manage end-to-end learning initiatives and programs + Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout the organization + Able to influence in a diverse, global workforce through collaborative communication and a consultative approach across all levels + Be a highly organized self-starter who is comfortable working both on their own and with cross-functional teams **Build your career at Akamai** Our ability to shape digital life today relies on developing exceptional people like you.
