Ready to turn insights into action and help craft the future of play?
We’re looking for a curious, strategic, and collaborative insights professional to join our high-performing and energising team. This is your opportunity to make a real impact—translating research into action and helping guide critical portfolio choices through world-class insight delivery!
We offer a hybrid working model called Best of Both: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home. This role does not offer relocation assistance.
**Core Responsibilities**
+ **Lead our Holistic Portfolio Research (HPR)** – our cornerstone insights project that validates our kids’ portfolio across the full Marketing Value Chain with an audience-first attitude.
+ **Be our go-to research expert** – act as the key contact and partner to our external research agency, managing the relationship and encouraging a true “One Team” spirit.
+ **Drive innovation** – evolve and elevate the HPR methodology to ensure it continues to meet our business needs and stays ahead of the curve.
+ **Collaborate widely** – align and coordinate with a broad network of stakeholders cross marketing, ensuring insights are connected and actionable.
+ **Own the project end-to-end** – stay on top of all the moving parts, ensuring the research is delivered on time, to spec, and with impact.
+ **Partner deeply** – work closely with Global Insights Business Partners and other team members to translate insight needs into tangible business value.
+ **Push boundaries** – experiment with research approaches and methodology as part of our Center of Excellence for insights-to-action.
+ **Contribute to an ambitious and caring team** – bring your curiosity, empathy, and team spirit into our agile squad set-up and collaborative culture.
**Do you have what it takes?**
+ A strong background in consumer insights or research (from brand, consultancy, or agency side) with a proven track record to turn insights into business impact.
+ Solid experience leading complex research projects and managing multiple partners with confidence and structure.
+ An eye for the big picture and an audience-first mindset—you connect the dots and think beyond the data.
+ A self-starter who thrives in both solo and team settings; agile, proactive, and not afraid to challenge.
+ The ability to work across functions, cultures, and time zones with empathy, clarity, and playfulness.
+ Business-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
+ A We Win mindset—someone who lifts others, leads with empathy, and believes collaboration is key!
