A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Senior Manager FP&A in Saint Louis, Missouri (MO). In this role, you will provide financial leadership and support, focusing on performance tracking, forecasting, strategic planning, and M&A activities. Duties: * Analyze financial performance and develop pricing/productivity bridges * Prepare monthly/quarterly review packages with key metrics * Support M&A efforts: valuation, due diligence, integration * Drive process improvements and enhance forecasting accuracy * Lead strategic and long-range financial planning * Coordinate budgeting and forecasting with CFO/Controller * Evaluate capital expenditure requests * Coach finance teams and support cross-functional initiatives * Handle ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests
