Kforce is looking for a Senior Manager, FP&A to support consolidated financial reporting and forecasting systems to deliver accurate and timely financial planning, forecasting, & reporting. This position also derives business insights for assigned business segments by conducting financial and strategic analysis to help inform executive management decisions. Responsibilities include: * Driving financial planning and forecasting processes including management reviews * Consolidating and reporting performance for business segments including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flows * Developing external financial presentations working closely with C-Suite and Investor Relations * Creating insights into business performance through fact-based financial analysis * Overseeing capital investment budgeting and approval processes * Controlling corporate resource unit budgets and allocations * Administer and maintain the Hyperion Planning environment * Participate in strategic direction and management of Hyperion Planning system * Manage source files and business driver models for accurate reporting * Support FP&A process and system improvement projects * Deliver high-impact financial analysis and recommendations * Understand segment operations and business drivers * Review monthly actuals, forecasts, and plans to provide insights * Prepare quarterly financial reports for earnings releases and filings * Analyze markets, products, and customer profitability * Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking * Collaborate on ad hoc and ongoing financial analysis * Build cross-functional relationships for efficient data gathering
