Responsibilities\n\nSupport in all Tax planning initiatives direct & indirect tax\nInteract with India Tax Team & advisors and seek clarifications on company matters pertaining to taxation and keep oneself abreast of latest developments and changes in Taxation laws.\nEnsure that Tax Audits and Tax returns are completed on timely and accurate basis.\nEnsure proper and accurate accounting and reconciliation of all Tax accounts on a monthly basis.\nEnsure that all Direct & Indirect Tax returns are filed on a timely basis.\nEnsure computation of monthly tax and payment of all taxes is done on a timely basis.\nReview of customer / vendor contracts from the Tax point of view.\nReview and Improve processes and systems to ensure smooth, effective and efficient operations in the accounts department.\nMonitor and lead various initiatives like quality improvement/measurement, automation, etc.\nParticipate in cross functional teams (as and when applicable)\nAssist in Statutory audit/Group Audit/Internal audit\nHandling day to day accounting activities\nEnsuring Proper month end/Year end activities from Accounting Governance\n\nRequirements

Qualifications

CA with 6-7 of experience in the relevant work.
