Senior Manager | Holding | Finance, Solutions & Sustainability Execution. 

ROLE SUMMARY:

Driving initiatives from strategic intent into measurable action and orchestrating delivery across Finance, Solutions & Sustainability Planning mandate. The role sits at the intersection of execution, performance insight, and operating model enablement, requiring both strategic acumen and delivery excellence.

The position contributes directly to advancing Group Finance, Solutions and Sustainability agendas by managing the operating rhythm, tracking enterprise initiatives, supporting decision readiness, and engaging senior stakeholders across different areas.

ROLE PROFILE:

Execution & Initiative Delivery

Lead planning, structuring, and tracking of cross-functional initiatives under the Finance, Solutions & Sustainability Planning  portfolio. Drive ownership and delivery across workstreams through clearly defined milestones, interdependencies, and escalation mechanisms.Proactively identify execution risks and address them timely intervention.

 Strategic Translation

Convert priorities into operational workplans and execution pathways that cascade across functions.Apply structured problem-solving to frame high-impact challenges and co-develop scalable solutions.Support refinement and rollout of operating model shifts, including decision rights, structural interfaces, and process optimization within the different mandates.

Performance Management & Automation

Develop forward-looking dashboards and KPIs using Power BI, Excel, and Tableau to track performance across strategic, financial, and operational domainsEnsure accuracy, clarity, and timeliness of reporting outputs for ExCom, Board, and governance committees.Drive automation of reporting cycles and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.

Program Governance & Stakeholder Engagement

Orchestrate the full operating rhythm of Finance, Solutions & Sustainability Planning  . Act as a key interface with senior stakeholders across Finance, Solutions & Sustainability Planning  .Prepare and facilitate leadership briefings, ensuring each session is outcome-oriented and backed by decision-ready materials.

 

REQUIREMENTS: 

Excellent communication and stakeholder coordinationStrong in project delivery and operating model designSkilled in PowerPoint, Excel, and tools like Power BI, Tableau, and AirtableAble to simplify complex, cross-functional topics into clear outputsExperienced in strategy execution and PMO best practicesHigh emotional intelligence (EQ) and confident in executive settingsTrusted with confidential and sensitive mattersBachelor's in Business or related field (MBA or Master's preferred)5–7 years at top consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Strategy&) or in strategic roles (e.g., COO Office, Transformation)Proven track record in managing strategic execution, performance cycles, and operating model rollouts
