This position is for a Senior Manager - Engineering within Cat Technology India. In this position, you will have the following responsibilities: + Support & lead global teams developing on-board technology systems, site simulation, data analytics and validation. + Managing the engineering staff and activities with an emphasis on organizational goals achievement, professional development, and continuous improvement. + Supervising, recruiting, mentoring, and developing a staff of over 250+ Caterpillar engineers in India & Australia.
