From designing elements andmouldsto planning, quality, and factory production, our teams develop end-to-end solutions that support every step of the journey. That includes platforms for master data, project portfolio management, materials, and sustainability — all built to scale globally. In this role,you’llmanage a team of 6–12 engineers, helping them grow while contributing to the overall strategy and leadership of the PET area.It’sa chance to make a meaningful impact on our digital future, while developing yourself and those around you. **Do you have what it takes?** + Strong leadership experience from managing engineering teams and contributing at a senior level + Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills + A deep understanding of modern software development practices — from agile methods to CI/CD, test-driven development, and secure coding + A passion for helping engineers grow - technically and expertly + Ability to build trusted relationships with collaborators and multi-functional partners + Technical credibility — able to spar constructively with everyone from junior engineers to directors + A curious attitude and desire to challenge the status quo + Proficient in engaging with different teams or domains, with the ability to lead through influence as well as structure Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
