As a Senior Manager Decision Intelligence at adidas you are responsible for ensuring eCom EU is supported by increased levels of decision intelligence and data science. As such you work closely with your functional analytics and business counterparts to align on clear requirements and related delivery as part of a roadmap and vision to establish best in class actionable decision making by our business partners in their field of responsibility. With your role you also help drive a culture in the pursuit of short, mid to long term growth opportunity identification & enablement.
We are looking to expand our team with future talent that has the same insatiable drive as us to pursue with our business partners new commercial opportunities across our eCom platforms and channels for our consumers that help to continuously grow EU eCom at adidas and related consumer satisfaction. You are an energetic and data driven bridge builder between our team and our business partners to identify and execute on new opportunities with fast paced and collaborative use case follow up, where needed with clearly executed project management.

Soft-Skills Bias to action with strong accountability and drive for results Strategic thinking and ability to transform thoughts into effective problem statements and related workstream management. Be comfortable and feeling at home in a very dynamic Run-The-Business environment in which fast action and decisions are required Very strong collaboration and communication skills, comfortable presenting complex topics with regards to opportunities to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely. With the ability to influence and achieve results Fluent English both verbally and written.
Hard-Skills Advanced experience with analytics tools and disciplines such as Python, Spark, R, Alteryx etc Working experience of applying statistics to support company decision making State of the art Problem framing skills ensuring high quality requirements gathering and solution direction value statements
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University degree in the field of Analytics, Data Science or equivalent. 6+ years of advanced analytics experience in eCom environment. 4+ years of experience in commercial environments and related decision intelligence development
