Kforce has a client that is seeking Senior Manager/Director Tax Compliance in Clayton, MO. Responsibilities: * Manage the preparation and review of complex federal and state income tax returns and supporting documentation, ensuring accurate and timely filings; This includes coordination with both internal teams and external service providers * Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to identify opportunities for tax efficiency while maintaining full compliance with applicable laws and regulations * Provide tax-related guidance to internal stakeholders, including individuals with equity interests or compensation considerations * Prepare annual estimates of taxable income for relevant entities to support planning and compliance efforts * Identify potential tax-related risks and implement strategies to mitigate exposure * Stay current on changes in tax laws and regulations, and assess their impact on the organization Schedule: * In office Monday - Thursday; Fridays remote * 100% paid benefits for employee * 5% 401k match
