Our Kforce client located in the Saint Louis, MO area is in search of a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager/Director FP&A to join their firm. The client offers salary and benefits, great team culture and a casual work environment. This position is scheduled as 100% in the office but flexible to work from home on an as needed basis. Duties: * Lead the global budgeting process and oversee quarterly and weekly sales forecasting * Maintain financial statements and budgets in accounting systems * Conduct daily and monthly analyses on sales, gross margin, SG&A, and working capital * Review financial statements during month-end close * Develop and maintain executive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau * Manage monthly financial reporting schedules and general accounting functions (AP, IC, Cash, SG&A) * Supervise a team of five direct reports * Create new financial reporting tools to support strategic decision-making * Uphold company safety and quality standards * Joining leadership on decision making processes
