WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join the Product, Practice and Knowledge (PPK) group as part of our Consumer Products practice. The PPK team plays a critical role in helping Bain win and deliver extraordinary client results. In this role, you’ll collaborate with solution teams, leaders from other practices, Bain’s Core Innovation Team, Technology Solutions, Next Gen Software Solutions, our Consumer Products Center of Excellence, general consulting teams, and external partners.


WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As a Senior Manager for Digital Products in the Consumer Products practice, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of tech- and AI-enabled tools that drive growth and innovation for our clients and teams. You'll help shape the product roadmap, oversee delivery, and serve as a key liaison between Bain’s leadership, consulting teams, and our broader innovation ecosystem.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

Strategy, Planning & Operations

Advise practice leaders on digital and AI strategy, roadmap prioritization, and build/buy/partner decisions

Develop and execute the product roadmap, turning IP and innovation into impactful tools

Manage digital tools across the portfolio (e.g., BBAi, RGM) and plan for future pipeline

Lead quarterly product goal-setting, performance reporting, and go-to-market planning

Own the tech/AI budget and resource planning in partnership with CIT, Vector, and others

Build strong relationships with partners and clients to continuously test and evolve products

Delivery & Execution

Define and manage product backlogs, working with tool Product Managers

Ensure timely delivery, clear decision-making, and risk management across the portfolio

Advise development teams (Vector, BCN Labs, NGSS) and maximize ROI on resourcing

Lead cross-product initiatives and report outcomes to senior leadership

Engage directly with clients to implement tools, test features, and gather feedback

Ecosystem & Competitive Landscape

Coordinate with internal groups and external tech players, startups, and partners

Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to inform strategy

Provide thought leadership on where to partner, build, or evolve our tech capabilities

Data & Insights

Oversee proprietary and third-party data assets related to Consumer Products tools

Collaborate with the BCN D&I team to build benchmarks and insights with topic leaders


ABOUT YOU

Master’s degree or equivalent; background in Data Science or Engineering preferred

7+ years’ experience in product management, enterprise tech, or digital transformation

Track record leading digital and AI initiatives from idea to launch

Strong fluency in data architecture and digital product development lifecycles

Experience working closely with end users to shape product strategy and feature sets

Excellent communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams

Experience in consulting or advisory roles with exposure to client needs and delivery

Passion for technology, AI, and the evolving consumer products landscape
