Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
As Senior Manager of Digital Excellence, you will be responsible for working with leaders to drive and implement a strategic framework for Digital based on the brand and overall adidas strategy, milestones and processes as well as playing critical role in driving the digital transformation.
In this role, you will support to ensure Digital is working as one team towards strategic objectives. You will support digital leadership by driving digital transformation programs and projects with priority and consistency. A focus will be to strengthen strategic focus & direction, communication and understanding within the organization while leading change in the areas of structures, capabilities and processes and creating a team environment that embraces adidas company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver digital transformation programs and large-scale projects in alignment with Digital Senior Leadership Team, and relevant partners across the organisation. Coordinate results-oriented project management team, and guide business partners towards achievement of relevant timelines and milestones. Key projects will contain (among others) global efforts of China Digital acceleration as well as China Transformation. Support to create, drive & implement a strategic framework for Digital in close alignment with overall adidas Strategy, Digital Global Strategy and the GCA Market strategy. Support business development activities such as identification and prioritization of opportunities to accelerate digital Drive implementation and continuous improvement of consistent processes and approaches; ensuring best practices are shared across Digital and where relevant GCA Ensure exchange on relevant topics and draw required information and deliverables to further process Enable fact-based decision-making, creating transparency through the creation of regular status and project KPI reporting. Manager cross functional projects and act as key contact person for strategic stakeholders, consult & communicate in regular updates as well as to solve conflicts or other ad hoc situations with collaborative way. Manage and support SVP Digital SLT cadence / meetings and ensure digital priorities are carried out effectively Deliver content and support on meeting preparation and ad-hoc requests (i.e. presentations to the board, internal and external communication)

Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Abilities:
Experiences on eCommerce business/initiatives Proven head office and/or program management skills with strong executional abilities Proven experience working successfully in X-functional teams and with stakeholders at various seniority levels Ability to handle ambiguity and untangle complex situations into actionable activities Deep knowledge of China market and digital ecosystem Excellent presentation and story-telling skills Change management mind set
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate level 6 or more years of relevant experience in MNC environment (e.g. digital, head office, program management, apparel/fashion) and/or strong management consulting background within consumer and retail industry Within which 1-2 years proven track record of large-scale project / program management experience
