Scope of Role:
The goal of the Senior Commercial/CI Project Leader is to support Commercial Leadership (Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, etc.) in developing Continuous Improvement Project roadmaps and execution aligned to Commercial growth initiatives.
Utilizing the 80/20 methodology and tools, the Commercial/CI Project Leader is expected to be a change leader in the commercial organization, helping our teams to focus on the highest value projects, by measuring and visualizing project outcomes, aligned to our Commercial strategy.
The Commercial/CI Project Leader is also expected to amplify the Continuous Improvement mindset throughout our commercial organization through coaching, training, mentoring and facilitation opportunities.
Major Responsibilities:
Develop the Commercial CI vision, strategy and improvement project roadmap, aligned to 1-year and 3-year growth initiativesLead and facilitate Kaizen workshops, using lean and commercial continuous improvement methodologies to drive process improvementBuild a CI culture among the Regal Rexnord commercial departments through coaching, training, mentoring and facilitating Commercial Kaizen workshopsLead the alignment of commercial associate’s annual objectives, aligned to 1-year growth initiatives and CI roadmapIdentification and elimination of unnecessary complexity and waste within commercial processesActively monitor project risks and proactively implemenent corrective & sustainment actionsTake ownership of change initiatives, from concept to completion, that will drive commercial process improvementsThe CI Project Leader should posess the following skills:

Education: B.S.
