The focus of this role is to deliver outstanding data modellings and insightful information needed to successfully drive performance and key business objectives\. This role is expected to establish data management vision, defining the prioritized roadmap to attain that vision and coordinating all activities necessary to implement the roadmap via building highly effective relationships with business stakeholders\. **Position Summary** As a Senior Manager Commercial Analytics, you will be responsible for: **Data Analysis and Insights:** ·Lead the development and implementation of analytical models to interpret complex data sets\. ·Provide actionable insights to support commercial strategies and decision\-making\. ·Monitor key performance indicators \(KPIs\) and identify trends to inform business planning\. **Strategic Planning:** ·Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute commercial strategies\. ·Utilize data analytics to forecast market trends and customer behavior\. ·Develop and present comprehensive reports to stakeholders, highlighting opportunities and risks\. **Stakeholder Engagement:** ·Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored analytical solutions\. ·Communicate complex analytical concepts in a clear and concise manner to non\-technical audiences\. ·Act as a liaison between the analytics team and other business units to ensure alignment of goals and objectives\. **Innovation and Improvement:** ·Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in analytics technology\. ·Implement best practices and innovative approaches to enhance analytical capabilities\. ·Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and methodologies\. **Team Leadership:** ·Manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation\. ·Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools and skills to perform at a high level\. ·Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team and across departments\. **What are we looking for?** ·Minimum qualification of bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, Statistics, or any other quantitative related discipline ·Minimum of 7 years working experience in analytics or equivalent field ·Solid experience in commercializing data and deliver analytics solutions ·Highly developed analytical skills and mindset to extract information from data and translate to business language & commercial impacts ·Proficiency in analytical tools and software including Excel, SQL, Python, R, Power BI, and MicroStrategy ·Passionate about and staying up to date on the latest analytics and big data technologies\. Excellent business sense of their application in the hospitality industry and revenue management\. ·Strong leadership and team management skills, strong ability to positively impact and develop team members ·Excellent and compelling communication, influencing and presentation skills in both Mandarin and English ·Ability to prioritize and work accurately, effectively, and independently under pressure within a team environment ·Strong time management, prioritization, and organization skills ·Broad experience in full stack of data analysis tools and methods is highly preferred, including data modelling, descriptive and predictive statistics, experimentation, and data visualization ·Knowledge and experience in big data, machine learning or predictive algorithms, statistics modelling and data mining are highly preferred **What will it be like to work for Hilton?** Hilton is the leading global hospitality company, spanning the lodging sector from luxurious full\-service hotels and resorts to extended\-stay suites and mid\-priced hotels\.
