**Position Title:**
Senior Manager Cold Chain Services
**Objective:**
Lead the Manila-based Cold Chain Services teams – spanning Technical Support, Technical Services, and Project Services – while supporting global Cold Chain business units. This role ensures operational excellence and cross-regional alignment to enable the organization to meet growth and profitability objectives.
Responsibilities:
**Planning and Organizing**
+ Set annual goals for Manila based Cold Chain Services team (24/7 Technical Services, Project Services), Palm Beach, Boise, and Kennesaw support teams by establishing key result areas and key performance indicators supporting business unit goals and strategies.
+ Define, implement, and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for each functional team; ensure alignment with customer expectations and business unit commitments, and drive adherence to established SLAs through ongoing performance reviews and corrective actions. Review every fiscal year.
+ Collaborate with leaders (AU, Asia, US, Europe, Mexico) to develop annual operational plans for assigned group aligning with key priorities from respective business unit.
+ Assist in creating and delivering on annual financial budget.
+ Communicate and implement operational plans in line with business unit goals and strategies in managed operations teams.
+ Plan and implement initiatives that support business unit goals, strategies, and initiatives in Cold Chain Service’s teams.
+ Propose organizational changes as needed, including execution and communication to stakeholders.
+ Update operations planning tool monthly and assign goals to respective individuals and teams.
+ Create weekly and monthly tactical plans to exceed established goals.
+ Support new service development that addresses gaps in customer needs
**Analyzing**
· Identify customer needs, adapt operations plan and develop services or solutions.
· Identify new services or solutions opportunities that address gaps in customer needs.
· Analyze department performance, make recommendations and set action plans to achieve goals and reduce variances from budget.
· Present team performance in monthly operations review to management team
**Leading**
· Manage daily operations with leadership team to ensure individual and team goals are exceeded.
· Integrate processes from multiple functions to provide service excellence to internal and external customers.
· Motivate and develop team to exceed individual and team goals.
· Communicate key issues and customer requests to operations team as needed.
· Identify and implement best practices when appropriate.
· Communicate organizational and operational changes as needed.
· Provide monthly feedback and coaching to staff.
· Identify training and development needs for team.
**Controlling**
· Review operations forecast and budget monthly.
· Resolve internal and external conflicts as needed.
· Promote employee retention to reduce unnecessary costs.
· Support team to ensure closure of action plans on key customer issues and requests.
· Drive safety standards across the team
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
· Graduate of any four-year business or behavioural discipline course
· Graduate of any engineering discipline course Engineering or Production Management graduate is an advantage.
· Bachelor’s degree in any specialized field is an advantage.
+ Minimum 8 years of varied professional experience related to Operations Leadership.
+ Proven record of strong leadership skills – minimum 5 years, including motivating, leading, and developing teams
+ Proven experience in project cycle management
· Preferably experienced in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVACR)
