Job Title: Manager – Client Servicing & Marketing Strategy
Abbott Design Studio is Abbot’s very own in-house Design Agency which has enabled a saving of 1 million dollars in FY 2018. Conceptualised and emerging as a pioneer in provided integrated end-to-end value-added-strategic support to internal customers and other support functions while enabling them to achieve substantial cost reductions.
Since the last three years, Studio has created some stupendous campaigns and design executions that has benefited internal brands tremendously.
Function of the Post
1. Support the Design Studio team to raise the profile and impactful work through creative, ambitious and strategic communications.
2. Manage the internal stakeholders (marketing & brand teams) to support the high quality strategic inputs and client servicing.
Duties & Responsibilities
Strategy and planning
• Develop and deliver an integrated and strategic communications plan to help realise brands new vision and business strategy.
• Working with the Brands, this role is accountable for leading the strategic development of communications programs and elevating the Abbott Design Studio services.
• Create and maintain a centralised system to schedule, co-ordinate and align communications activity and content across our different service areas.
• Develop and deliver annual marketing plans to help position and grow our work.
• Devise an ambitious thought-leadership strategy to raise the profile of Abbott Design Studio and cultivate positive relationships with key influencers/brands.
• Identify opportunities to promote Abbott Design Studio in collaboration with brands and marketing teams.
• Lead, develop, motivate, manage and work with a team, including designers, content writer and contractors, to meet strategic goals and business objectives.
• A positive and professional team player attitude that works well under pressure and is flexible and responsible. Attention to detail and a good head for numbers.
Network management
• Lead the development of Strategic communication delivering an ambitious and diverse programme. This will include planning, co-ordinating and promoting of events per annum to help us connect and collaborate with key audiences.
• Lead the production of all communications and outputs, including promotional materials, briefings, display and branded merchandise.
Brand management
• Work closely with various brands teams to extend and enhance Abbott Design Studio’s vision, mission and values and ensure key messages are consistently applied in all marketing communications.
General
• Manage and supervise the work of the Marketing and Communications including agreeing objectives and a work plan, holding regular meetings to plan and review activities.
• To work in accordance to confidentiality and data protection.

Education & Experience
MBA Full time
Excellent Communication skills with experience of 4 to 8 years from Marketing agency / FMCG / Pharma or any industry
