We are seeking an experienced Change Management and Adoption Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting change initiatives, ensuring that stakeholders are engaged, trained, and equipped to adopt new processes, systems, and technologies. The goal of this role is to minimize disruption, maximize benefits, and ensure a smooth transition to new ways of working. 
 
What will you do?

Change Management: Develop and implement change management plans to support the adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies. This includes assessing organizational readiness, identifying and mitigating risks, and developing strategies to address resistance to change.

Stakeholder Engagement: Identify, analyze, and engage stakeholders to ensure their needs are understood and addressed throughout the change process. This includes developing and executing stakeholder engagement plans, communicating change initiatives, and providing updates on progress.

Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to support the adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies. This includes developing training materials, delivering training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

Adoption and Usage: Develop and implement strategies to drive adoption and usage of new processes, systems, and technologies. This includes monitoring and analyzing adoption metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and developing plans to address gaps in adoption.

Communication and Feedback: Develop and execute communication plans to ensure that stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process. This includes providing regular updates, soliciting feedback, and addressing concerns and questions.

Metrics and Reporting: Develop and track metrics to measure the success of change management and adoption initiatives. This includes monitoring and analyzing data, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and reporting on progress to stakeholders.

Collaboration and Partnership: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers, business analysts, and subject matter experts, to ensure that change management and adoption activities are aligned with project goals and objectives.

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

3+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field

Proven track record of success in leading and supporting change initiatives

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills

Proficient in PowerPoint and creating executive level presentations

Ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and develop effective plans

Experience with training and development, including design and delivery of training programs

Experience in creating video content

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics

Nice-to-have:

Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall

Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design

Experience with data analysis and metrics, including tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
