Job Description

Senior Manager, Business Practices Office

Provides operational support in collaboration with the Business Practices Manager in Country Compliance Committee and to Country Leadership Team, supporting all compliance programs.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Supporting the Business Practices Manager in daily activities to implement our companies compliance frameworks for local business organizations (Policies, SOPs and Guidance)Helping the BPM to ensure consistent and effective compliance standards are in place in the organizationSupporting the implementation of tracking /monitoring Global compliance management systemsProviding support to prepare for  the Country Compliance committee & Grants and Donations CommitteeHelping with regular audits fore HCP interactionsHelping to prepare local training content on new and revised policies, processes and procedures,Supporting to enhance awareness on our Company’s Values and Standards, Corporate Policies and Compliance Policies, SOPs and Guidance;  oversight of implementation of evolving our company's compliance frameworks for local business organizationsTaking a strong and active role in ensuring consistent and effective compliance standards in the organizationFacilitating and coordinating the Country Grants and Donations CommitteeGuide and support, including monitoring, remediating Individual due diligence and Thirdparty due diligence processProvide guidance to Business Stakeholders on queries relating to the local Code of Practice, Policies and Healthcare Professional (HCP) interactionsRegular self-audits of HCP interactions, Sponsorships, External audits and documentation / reporting of resultsOversight and Coordination (Commercial Operations guidance) of EFPIA and other relevant and changing local pharma promotional codes such as UCPMP code.Providing Procurement with support for the contractual elaboration of contracts and offers.Making sure that attendance sheets for such trainings are tracked and stored appropriately

Qualifications:

Good understanding of pharmaceutical companies’ infrastructure and processes, policiesFamiliarity with compliance guidelines and data protection legislation Proven ability to develop cooperative professional relationships within the organizationStrong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsExpertise in all compliance related aspects, including laws, regulations, procedures, policies and SOPs; awareness of international guidelines and rulesFull awareness of activities that are subject to mandatory disclosure between pharmaceutical companies and HCPs/HCOs, together with their underlying processes, source systems and data flowsPronounced diplomacy with strong negotiation skills; demonstrated ability to influence business management; strong cultural awarenessHigh ethical standards, being a role model of business compliance and integrity

Education & Experience

Chartered Accountant, Lawyer - Bachelor’s Degree required6 - 8 years of Internal Audit, ethics or compliance experience  including privacy, or comparable experience in Multinational healthcare - Pharmaceutical or Medical devices industry.
