The GCS Product Analytics team plays a pivotal role within the GCS Products organization by providing advanced analytics and statistical methodologies to driver deep insights into client behavior. The GCS Products Business Line of Credit (BLOC) Analytics team deploys advanced analytics to drive actionable data-based insights. The Senior Manager, BLOC Product Analytics, is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of BLOC product performance, engagement, and usage metrics to expand and deepen our relationship with customers. This role is responsible for working cross-functionally with product, marketing, credit risk, and finance teams to shape business strategy through data insights. The ideal candidate will bring a unique balance of technical skills combined with a strategic mindset and the ability to communicate effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** + Translate business problems into data strategies and lead analytical workstreams on BLOC customer engagement, usage, and retention by leveraging advanced analytical techniques. + Create dashboards and ad hoc analysis for BLOC performance tracking. + Create behavior and financial-based portfolio segmentation, develop segment-based treatment strategies in partnership with other groups, e.g., Marketing and Risk. + Construct and advise test design, measure results, and continuously apply learnings. + Monitor key performance indicators for the business while actively promoting awareness to build efficiency and effective self-servicing for internal partners. + Partner with functional teams to understand products, processes, and competitive environments and develop insights to help grow the business. + Lead creation of data dictionaries / glossaries / metric definitions to identify, document, and establish best practices for analyzing the BLOC customer base. **Critical Factors to Success:** + Strong analytical skills and an innovative approach to solving practical problems. + Demonstrated ability to provide insight and accurate judgment in addressing and resolving business challenges and opportunities. + Sound knowledge of Machine learning algorithms / statistics / data mining and research methods. + Good understanding of the lending economics. Experience in credit risk functional processes and/or marketing and product analytics is a plus. + Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. **Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree required + 3 years professional experience driving performance optimization through the application of advanced decision sciences. + Strong hands-on expertise using statistical analysis and data manipulation software/tools (e.g. SAS, SQL, and Big Data analytic techniques). + Hands-on experience in Business Intelligence tools and dashboards (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) + Ability to understand data, synthesize into real world meaning, and break down business problems. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Master’s degree preferred in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, Finance, or Computer Science). **Qualifications** Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
