The Senior Manager—Behavioral Health provides leadership at the clinical level in the implementation and oversight of outpatient behavioral health services. Plans, organizes, coordinates, and directs site specific operations of BH outpatient programs and services within Providence St. Peter Hospital and PMG.

Required Qualifications:
Master's Degree - Social Work, Psychology, Counseling. 8 years - Experience in management, healthcare administration, or clinical field. 2 years - Additional experience leading multiple diverse and complex programs. 2 years - Lead clinical care of adults with behavioral health conditions. 4 years - Management experience in clinical setting with demonstrated supervisory competence and program management. 2 years - Experience developing and implementing benchmarks and metrics in support of improved quality and process design.Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree - Social Work or related field. 2 years - Demonstrated experience in business development and/or strategic and tactical planning and execution including marketing, communications and financial planning. 2 years - High level individual contributor or leadership experience building relationships with executive management, department managers and project managers. 2 years - Experience facilitating complex decisions making among multiple executive stakeholders with different interests and priorities.Why Join Providence?
