What You'll Do

As a Manager/Senior Manager – BCG Vantage on our Topic Activation path within BCG's Health Care Practice Area, you will deliver against the client and commercial priorities for the Health Care Practice in Japan, mainly on the Biopharma Commercial business. You will grow and deploy a team of Japan Health Care experts to support case work, content development and business build initiatives. You will drive the IP/content agenda, with support from the team, and lead execution of the projects. You will be responsible for team’s performance across all KPIs (case billability, quality, content creation, etc.).

Additionally, as a Manager/Senior Manager – BCG Vantage, you will engage with case teams & clients based on your individual expertise and demonstrate differentiated impact and value-add to BCG clients and case teams.

 

BCG’s Health Care Practice Area (HCPA) helps companies grasp the strategic implications of changes in the market environment and exploit them to build competitive advantage. We support institutions across the entire spectrum of the health care industry, including biopharmaceutical companies, medical technologies, payers, providers and health care systems.

What You'll Bring

5+ years consulting experience in relevant healthcare/biopharma industry preferredIn lieu of consulting experience, 7+ years minimum industry experience required; 10-12+ years of industry experience strongly preferredBachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)Specialization in biopharma commercial topics in Japan; understanding the healthcare system, regulatory/pricing rules, business customs in Go-to-market activities in Japanese pharma industryFluency in English and Japanese (both written and verbal communication)Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with and manage internal and external stakeholder while working in a global collaborative team environment
