Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager - Banking Advisory
This role leads BCM advisory engagements for regional and global clients, combining strategy, execution, and digital transformation to drive measurable outcomes. It plays a key role in expanding Genpact’s consulting footprint in Australia through solution innovation, client leadership, and delivery excellence.
Responsibilities
• Partner with regional and global clients to deliver strategic Business Continuity Management (BCM) advisory services
• Lead the design and implementation of Target Operating Models, end-state organizational models, and global process frameworks
• Drive execution-focused consulting engagements across strategy, tactical execution, and operations
• Integrate digital technologies into BCM solutions to enhance client resilience and operational continuity
• Develop and adapt tailored solutions to meet evolving client needs across multiple industries
• Engage senior client stakeholders to lead project scoping, provide insights, and build long-term partnerships
• Ensure process excellence across diagnostics, organization design, process design, and reengineering efforts
• Focus on market development and innovative frameworks to accelerate strategy execution
• Harness internal assets, people, and methods to deliver sustainable, long-term client value
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
• MBA desired with Years of domain and consulting experience
• Prior experience in solutioning, project management, and client relationship management
• Global business perspective and deep understanding of marketplace dynamics
• Strong ability to develop creative, workable solutions to complex project issues
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation and consultative selling expertise
• Project and program management experience
• Innovative thinking and strong business acumen
• Understanding of the BCM spectrum and transformation frameworks
