American Express Global Commercial Services (GCS) offers powerful backing and support that helps companies of all sizes gain financial savings, control and efficiency. We provide a suite of payment and lending products, solutions for travel and everyday business spending, cross border payments, global currency solutions, and business financing. The Global Commercial Services Marketing team is responsible for creating an end-to-end global marketing strategy for our prospect & customer segments around the world. Within GCS Marketing, the Managed Marketing – Prospect team supports our US SME Sales and Account Development teams to ensure that they can deliver a valuable set of products and services to prospective customers and clients.

The  Senior Manager- B2B Marketing Strategy is responsible for leading multiple 3rd party partners to fuel GCS Sales (SME and Global and Large Market Sales teams) with high valued commercial leads. They will work  across multiple partners to launch top funnel demand generation strategies to unlock new channels and lower funnel sales enablement including both internal and external sales trainings and field enablement. In partnership with GCS Sales, this role will support driving >$1B in potential new charge volume annually.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in B2B Marketing and be excited by the challenge of launching new strategies, channels and trainings. A crucial path to success for this role will be building trust, credibility and an effective way of working with multiple partners. They should be naturally curious about B2B marketing tactics and think creatively about how to leverage partners’ channels to drive awareness of Amex B2B value, including sales enablement. This role provides significant opportunity to launch new demand generation and sales enablement initiatives, while gaining exposure to leaders across GCS.

Key Responsibilities:

Launch new B2B demand generation and sales enablement strategies that deliver against both American Express and partner goals. Key elements of partner strategies include full funnel demand generation strategies and lower funnel sales enablement and customized marketing based on industry and segment Lead multiple partners and multiple workstreams with different priority levels, timelines and strategic dynamics Collaborate with US SME Sales, Large Market Sales, GCS leaders and external partners to develop strategies to improve the potential of these programs and deliver against our financial goals Work with cross-functional partners to launch new tools, while also enhancing existing platforms and infrastructures to support sales opportunities.   Launch new sales enablement trainings, internally and external

Minimum Qualifications:

4+ years of relevant experience Expertise in B2B Marketing and working with a sales team Experience launching demand generation and sales enablement marketing strategies, and scaling them Proven affinity for working effectively with cross- functional teams with shared goals. Excitement to work in close partnership with our Sales leadership, Account Development as well as Pricing and Finance teams Strong analytical skills: the ability to draw actionable outcomes from large sets of complex, performance data Strong communicator with demonstrable ability to influence without authority ensure mutually beneficial outcomes with partners Natural affinity for building trust based, lasting relationships inside and outside of your home company

Preferred Qualifications:

Learning and development experience is a plus

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
