Senior Manager-AZU

JOB PURPOSE

To build top training capability in order to arm the sales force with superior disease and product knowledge and selling skills for winning the right way.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

1. Program Planning, Development and Coordination

Identify sales training needs using appropriate methodology 1daysDesign and develop sales learning and training programs 1daysDevelop ,customize and compile sales training manuals and other training materials 1dayWork with and seek assistance from internal resource e.g. sales management, marketing etc. and external vendors  1dayPlan training courses to meet needs   2.5daysOrganize timetable and attendance  0.5day

2. Sales Training Course Delivery

Deliver workshop 3 days in regionNational sales conference & cycle meeting 1 days

3. Field coaching and feedback to support the capability building align with BU strategy

Develop useful tools and  techniques to follow-up behavior change and competency level 1 dayMR/DSM/RSM assessment   2 dayConduct field visit           2 day

4. Continuously Learning and Development

Proactively seek feedback from peers and other department colleagues

5. Administration and reporting

Supervision sales training logisticsPrepare monthly reports on training activitiesRecord training activities

JOB REQUIREMENTS

BA degree. Major in medical/pharmacy is preferred.Minimal 5 years working experience in Multinational Pharmaceutical Company  and 3 years in sales management, marketing or training experience   Must have training experience in asthma-specific biologics Good communication and presentation skillsGood learning abilitiesGood planning and organizing skillsFluent English levelStrong PC skillsInnovative thinking
