Bell Piney Flats Aircraft Services Team
The Senior Manager of Aircraft Services will report to the General Manager of the Piney Flats site and be responsible for managing all facets of Aircraft Services operations (aircraft maintenance and completions) including production, safety, quality and personnel.

What you’ll be doing as the Senior Manager of Aircraft Services

Lead employees through servant leadership with a focus on continuous improvement.Create and maintain a High-Performance Team Culture measured through Glint survey, skip-levels, peer feedback, and walking around (360).Responsible for employee development and performance accountability.Accountable for business operational performance including creating annual objectives, operational improvements, annual operating plan (AOP), long range plan (LRP), headcount, capital, load capacity, all aligned with True North (R2) targets.Assist in developing policies, procedures, and KPI’s to measure organizational performance.Responsible for measuring and creating appropriate metrics, i.e. (Safety/People, Quality, Delivery, Cost) to meet or exceed AOP, Repair Station, customer commitments and all regulatory airworthiness requirements.Accountable for scheduling, forecasting and ensuring timely accurate quoting pricing for maintenance and overhaul services.Develop collaborative relationships within and outside of the business to support customer needs and drive the business needs forward, including final assembly, production, customer experience, procurement, etc.Review and assess service offerings to improve market share, customer experience, and financial performance.Build and enhance customer relationships for satisfaction, longevity and referral.Other duties as assigned.

Skills you bring to this role

Understanding of the CFRs and FAA requirements for 145 Repair Station Operations.Basic understanding of ERP operating systems.Proven ability to lead and develop cohesive teams.Proven effective business communication skills.Proven interpersonal relationship/team building skills.

What you need to be successful

10 years of management level experience in Operations.5 years of experience in a formal leadership role.Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred

5-7 years of helicopter modification and maintenance.Airframe Powerplant (AP) Certificate.Experience with SAP, iMRO, Traxxall, Flightdocs, Ramco, Salesforce.
