The base pay range for this role is $137,275.00 to $178,670.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.

Job overview and responsibilities
Reporting to Managing Director, leadership of all Technical Operations activities within the hub station ensuring the highest levels of safety, operational performance and regulatory compliance whilst maintaining a strong focus on product & process improvement, cost control, productivity and team buildingSupports Managing Director to plan and actively manage both long range and day to day maintenance operations within the hub stationWorks closely with direct reports and labor to insure optimal productivity, positive labor relations and adequate resources are available to support the missionExecution of departmental strategy and business plan through direct leadership of station maintenance personnelShared responsibility for budgetary compliance and cost control within the station – Provide leadership and direction to maintenance organization including labor workforce to maximize productivity and output in accordance with collective bargaining agreements where applicable whilst ensuring necessary resources are availableBuild / reinforce a fair and respectful work environment through consistent application of CBA work rules and company policiesExecute station performance goals and objectives aligning with divisional and company goalsMaintain a high level of awareness of operational, financial, compliance, safety and human resource related performance objectivesEnsure safety and security of aircraft and operationsInterface with regulatory authorities and local governments to ensure regulatory compliance of technical operations activitiesMaintain a high level of communication with all levels & employee groups within the stationReport status of operations, highlighting significant events to MD whilst providing direction to assigned station personnel to ensure divisional objectives are achievedIdentify key issues needing to be addressed and assign projects where applicableQualificationsWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, or related field, or comparable experienceFAA A&P Certificate8 years in the aircraft maintenance industry with a minimum 3 years in management involving a leadership roleExtensive knowledge of aircraft maintenance operations and applicable FAA regulationsMust be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorshipSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the positionWhat will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):2 years in a leadership role within a large maintenance organization including a unionized labor workforceA proven successful track record Strong background and technical knowledge on fleet types operated and maintenance programsThe base pay range for this role is $137,275.00 to $178,670.00.
