**Process Overview**
Strategic Solutions & Enablement is a strategic execution team that delivers process redesign, business intelligence, and technical solutions, enabling the delivery of solutions that simplify and improve our processes and the way we work. Business Intelligence Data Strategy is the sub team within GDRO SSE that provides process automation and BI solutions at GMO level.
**Job Description**
+ Work for SSE projects at GMO level for eTask Product / UAT
+ Individual Contributor having knowledge and experience to provide solutions for eTask Product workflow management tool
+ Having knowledge, expertise and ability to think beyond and be proactive to identify issues and add value on the overall strategy for eTask workflow management tool.
+ Perform Product Owner responsibilities so that the team successfully delivers the planned functionality into production, without bugs and on time
+ Ensure test scripts accuracy, completeness, & MRA adherence
+ Monitor Dev and UAT progress during Sprints, Perform PO testing and Validate QA test evidence
+ Story creation, Story grooming and prioritization, Release planning and Post-production validation testing.
+ Prepare data and UAT test scripts for business/ UAT testers and post release validation testing. Coordinate with business testers during UAT window for post release
**Responsibilities**
+ Individual contributor with knowledge and experience as Product Owner and UAT role
+ Incumbent must have interest in working as project management / analysis work and E2E Product and UAT
+ Prioritize enhancement request and pre and post benefit with ROI / funding estimates
+ Production support: E2E management of all production issues
+ Product / UAT support: E2E management of all Product / UAT work including.
+ Create User stories, UAT Test scripts, Review test scripts with Dev (tech team) for completeness.
+ Partner with Dev and QA team in tech along with UAT testers
+ Test new features in Dev and QA environment (as needed).
+ Host business validation / check in calls
**Requirements**
+ **Education -** BCE / Computer Science / MBA
+ **Experience Range** – 9-11 yrs
**Foundational skills:**
+ PO (Product Owner) tester role
+ Excels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward
+ Excellent communication and influence skills across multiple levels / diverse audiences, proven ability to influence without formal authority
+ Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams to drive innovation and unique solutions
**Desired skills:**
+ Experience working in Capital Markets / IB Domain / Global Markets Operations
+ Must be collaborative / curious / driven / continuous learner
+ Commitment to challenging the status quo and promoting positive change
**Work Timings:** 12.30PM - 9.30pm
