**Job Summary:** _(Brief description about the job profile)_ + Lead the manufacturing and supply of Cequa specialty pharmaceutical product manufactured at Unither pharmaceuticals Coutances, France and supplied to USA, Canada, Australia, Europe and India. + Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, efficient operations, timely action on event management and logistic to deliver product at respective location of country. **Essential Job Functions:** _(Details of key Job role of employee)_ + Oversee stages of Procurement, manufacturing, quality releases, supply to respective market and ensuring efficiency to meet market requirement. + Identifying and onboarding contract manufacturing partners by evaluating potential partners for alignment with product standards, negotiating agreements and managing ongoing relationship to maintain seamless production and supply. + Expanding markets by working with regulatory, Quality, R&D, manufacturing team members and bring the product to commercial level to support business. + Communicate effectively with respective functional team members and senior management. + Involvement in manufacturing and quality event management to ensure that product meets GMP requirement. + Working on technical challenges during manufacturing of product and identify solution to resolve the same. + Process enhancement to stabilize product and results in long shelf life with optimum cost and maintain product quality. **Qualifications:** Bachelor of Pharmacy/ M.
