Join us! **Global Business Services** Global Business Services (GBS) delivers Technology and Operations capabilities to Lines of Business and Staff Support Functions of Bank of America through a centrally managed, globally integrated delivery model and globally resilient operations. In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services. **Process Overview*** As a member of this team, you will be accountable for handling Production and delivering change across the Value at Risk Back-Testing (VBT) Program. This team handles VBT controls and reporting at a granular level across the entire Global Markets Business across Bank of America and ensures flawless and timely delivery of P&L Attribution required for VBT together with analysis of the returned results and remediation where required. This will include liaising with with book-runners globally across all trading businesses (Equities, Credit, Fixed Income, FX, Commodities, etc.) and analyzing VaR overages and P&L explains. As such, the visibility and exposure in this role is quite significant as VBT is done essentially across all regions and trading businesses. **Job Description*** (Provide a high level overview of the role and scope of responsibilities) As a member of this team, you will be accountable for handling Production and delivering change across the Value at Risk Back-Testing (VBT) Program. As such, the visibility and exposure in this role is quite significant as VBT is done essentially across all regions and trading businesses. **Responsibilities*** As an Individual Contributor developing and re-engineering processes to bridge the Product Control, Finance and Risk disciplines, responsibilities will include the following: • Partnering closely with Finance, Risk and Technology to define business processes and implement related technology solutions • Act as a bridge between Market Risk and BFC to navigate backtesting issues. Partner with BFC to enhance VBT controls to enhance accuracy of submissions into VBT for Backtsting. • Liaise with Technology to oversee aspects of implementation include tactical solutions and strategic enhancements as additional requests are made by Risk and/or Regulators **Requirements*** **Education*** Chartered Accountant or post-graduate degree in business certifications.
